Our goal is to unlock undervalued opportunities for investors, while providing consistent high-return deals on under-invested multi-tenant and industrial properties in Minnesota and key urbanized regions across the Midwest capitalizing on value-add opportunities and future redevelopment potential.
YieldEdge Capital pursues core-plus, value-add and opportunistic investments with a target IRR of 15%—25% over a 3 to 7 year hold period based on the risk profile of the transaction.
